Chardonnay Barrique
Chardonnay barrique is elegant dry white wine, produced from the Chardonnay first class sort of grape on the principles of ecological production, manually harvested. Special care of this limited series of wine is made in grape harvesting in optimal maturation and special technology with aim to get perfect relation between alcohol and wine acid.
Cuvee
Cuvee is a wine which become with a blending from autochthon Macedonian sort Kratosija and international grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas are reminding of a black and red currant and blackberry. The taste is suitable cohesion of sweet red fruit, spices and mineral tones.
The body is medium strong, creamy structure, circled with fine tannins, strong at the end which invites you to consume again. It’s fine and soft structure of the wine means that can be companioned with different types of meals.
Vranac Barrique
This wine is produced from the autochthon Macedonian grape variety Vranec. It is made by process of selection of grapes from the best localities in the vineyards. The grape is picked manually and from the wine plants where there is maximum 3grapes per plant. The wine is matured 12 months in Franck oak barrels which intense the tastes and are adding a complexity and the wine attributes.
Merlot
This wine is a typical example of combination of modern ecological methods and traditional techniques. Dark, purple colour, an elegant bouquet-plum and mulberry with full sweet touch of menthe, chocolate and smoke of cigarettes. The wine has full, strong body and hollowed tannins. Served with meals from the lamb on the temperature of 16 degrees Celsius.
Chardonnay
Chardonnay is an elegant dry white wine produced from the same grape variety. Well balanced and structured pallet of taste, real explosion of fruity notes which leads towards long-lasting end. This is a powerful but balanced and refreshing type of wine.
Rich aroma of matured fruit and citrus accompanied with elegant creamy taste of limes. Served with cold appetizer, fish specialties, meat from chicken and veal meat, cooled to a temperature from 7 to 10 degrees Celsius.
Vranac Reserve
This wine is produced from the autochthon Macedonian sort of grape Vranec on the oldest way in production of wine.It is fair to say that it is made by selection of the selected grapes from the best localities in the vineyards. The grape is harvested manually and only with there is maximum two grapes per plant.
Plavac
Plavac is a typical south sort who looks for the sun more than every grape variety.The wine is dark red Rubin colour, powerful aroma of blackberries and Mediterranean flowers the finest smoke and soft tannins.
